I worked with an agent therstion, he was extremely friendly,knowledgeable and understanding. Even tho I didn't end up finishing up my taxes with this company, he never made me feel like I was pushing me to go with community taxes. The customer service was top tier, if you have complex tax issues I would recommend them. My situation unfortunately didn't need all of the services. I never experienced and of the negative aspects of some of the reviews you see online about them, so I would say, take them with a grain of salt.
Joe Wragg was the individual that I spoke with first. What a pleasant and thoughtful person. He makes people understand that Community Tax is the place to go for help. He’s so nice and helpful. This company is a ripoff. Not only they charge a lot of money, but also their lazy lawyers don't do the job. Sadly I discovered more reputable and budget friendly options too late. Despite you are paying them, make dont do their job, YOU have make you do their job, which is outrgeous and ridiculous. I hired Community Tax back in 2018. Looking back, it was a huge waste of time and money. They didn’t help me save any money, nor did anything that I couldn’t have done on my own. You’re better off reaching out to the IRS directly. Community Tax advertises that they will help cut your tax debt, but they don’t. If you owe the IRS, they’ll see that you pay every cent owed.
