I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding services I paid for on December 8, 2025, in the amount of $1,500 for the preparation of my 2022 and 2023 tax returns. Update: Community Tax reached out to me about my review and apologized for the experience that I had. They provided a refund of the fees I paid since my experience did not meet their expectations. In addition they offered to do the investigation that I had initially paid for but was not completed to there standards. They also agreed that the initial recommendations were not the best path forward for me and are helping me with the best course of action.
