These guys got me a pretty good deal like 7 years ago. They told me if I ever have a problem with the years they assisted with to contact. So now I’m having IRS letters sent to me for the years they helped me with. I sent the letters to community tax and they say they cannot assist me unless I Reno and pay them another $5000. I already paid them 5 grand to assist me
This company is a liars they put me so debt,I better go to a tax professional and I will save lots a money they are a yoke not recommend after they did to me they sent a letter to the IRS saying that they didn’t represent me not anymore so now I have a big mess because them they can tell you one thing, but when the mass exploded, you’re gonna regret it not recommended they are liars. Had reached out prior got a phone call from someone from this company that asked me about debt not my tax debt and then hung up on me when I didn’t like my answer. They didn’t wanna help me with my IRS problem. Somethings wrong with this company. I am left, shaking my head
Save yourself the money - this place is a scam. You’ll spend $5000 for absolutely no help. Customer service is terrible — no one ever gets back to me. Don’t use this company. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Another review said what I say: worst customer service. No one contacts you. The solution they came up was nothing more than I could do with IRS. I paid $5000 for NOTHING. This company has done absolutely nothing for me except charge me $5000 to do nothing. They didn't reduce any interest or late charges, or penalties. That is something they should do automatically. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ME!! No one calls you back. You don't have a rep assigned to your account. Stay away from this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
