My experience started off nice with Jonquill and then all communication just stopped with no response ever returned. I'm not sure what happened since our last phone call but I have tried emailing and texting multiple times only to be left in the no idea what is going on. I hope everything is ok for her.

Jonquil prepared our taxes this year and she did an exceptional job! She was very personable although we were miles apart. She insured that we itemized everything and got the best tax breaks possible for our taxes. This is the first time in over 6 years that we didn’t have to pay $$$ to the IRS.
