Banking is ok getting a little better but with the new ceo that took over its a joke but went in there to speek with loan officer and she wasn't in there and said she was working from home. How do you work from home at a bank?
I have been with CSB for many years and these people can't get a debit card sent out correctly! I have been trying since NOVEMBER (it's now 1/2 way through February) and they will not send a debit card. They don't know how to update a mailing address, they have so many excuses for not sending a card, meanwhile we have to pay with cash for our groceries because THEY WON'T SEND A CARD!!!!!!!!!!
