My account had been jeopardize. I went to the bank and was getting frustrated with one of the managers. Meghan Howard stepped up. Understood my frustration. Answered all my questions. She was kind, professional and courteous. Because of Meghan, my account has been fixed within hours. I can not praise her enough. Keep up the good work!!!!

I would like to publicly commend Meghan (I don't know her last name) for fixing a problem with my account that could have snowballed severely for me. A deposit I had made using the drop box was not credited to my account, which caused my mortgage payment to put me into the red. I was quite upset when I went to the bank to see how the issue could be resolved. Meghan found out exactly what had happened & promptly took care of it for me.
