I love the customer service here. This is what banking should feel like. The ladies are always friendly and courteous . I've been banking here since 2020.
From the tellers, to the bank manager, DLP Bank in Interlachen Florida is deplorable. The level, or should I say, the lack of compassion, courtesy and basic human decency that this bunch of "professionals" demonstrate is remarkable. I've never felt treated as poorly and with so little dignity given to the situation at hand than I have in my entire life.
