From the tellers, to the bank manager, DLP Bank in Interlachen Florida is deplorable. The level, or should I say, the lack of compassion, courtesy and basic human decency that this bunch of "professionals" demonstrate is remarkable. I've never felt treated as poorly and with so little dignity given to the situation at hand than I have in my entire life. My account had been jeopardize. I went to the bank and was getting frustrated with one of the managers. Meghan Howard stepped up. Understood my frustration. Answered all my questions. She was kind, professional and courteous. Because of Meghan, my account has been fixed within hours. I can not praise her enough. Keep up the good work!!!!
The Interlachen DLP Bank team is great to work with... always have smiles and is super friendly. They're always helping me with my complications, especially Ms. Rachel!
I would like to publicly commend Meghan (I don't know her last name) for fixing a problem with my account that could have snowballed severely for me. A deposit I had made using the drop box was not credited to my account, which caused my mortgage payment to put me into the red. I was quite upset when I went to the bank to see how the issue could be resolved. Meghan found out exactly what had happened & promptly took care of it for me.
