I would like to publicly commend Meghan (I don't know her last name) for fixing a problem with my account that could have snowballed severely for me. A deposit I had made using the drop box was not credited to my account, which caused my mortgage payment to put me into the red. I was quite upset when I went to the bank to see how the issue could be resolved. Meghan found out exactly what had happened & promptly took care of it for me. Drive threw and staff are excellent, but the Bank itself needs to update to a new ATM Machine always out of cash or it's just not working at all.
