They must only have one person there because they never answer the phone. You can't even use automated service anymore to check your balance call to ask somebody but they won't answer the phone. They're trying to force you to use an app. It's really gone downhill. And now you can't even walk in there if you need to without an appointment.

Pleasant experiences at this location! I recently moved to Florida and needed to open a bank account. Every time I’ve gone here the tellers have been incredibly sweet and kind. My 3 year old gets excited any time we drive by because they always give him little sweets. The wait times have never been long even when there was a line in the lobby and cars in the drive through.
