First come, first serve is not a service I experienced in the drive through with this bank. I arrived prior to a vehicle. It felt like I was waiting for some time even though it probably wasn't too long, but when you are plainly sitting there it feels awhile. This other vehicle pulled up and they had assisted him first, then got to me. What the heck.
