The DLP made a fantastic decision on making Melissa the branch manager . She goes above any expectations to try to help her members . You also have 2 fantastic tellers that anytime you call you can tell by the conversation that they are happy to assist. When you go thru the bank they also have smiles and thoughtfulness of assistance. Theresa and Cassandra are number one. Thank you for making DLP of Lakebutler fantastic with the associates. The staff in Lake Butler is absolutely amazing! I love how they all know my name and know exactly what I want to do. I will only come to the Lake Butler office because the other branches are not to friendly. I wish they had a debit card printer, that is the only downfall for banking at a small bank.
