Its so nice to call the bank and have a person answer the phone! Every time I call they've been more than helpful. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for the last 5 years and I will be closing all of my accounts with them. I did not realize how bad their customer service was until I started getting real customer service here. If it were possible to give them an additional 5 stars I would!
