Staff is good. Bank however charges acct fees. No other bank I've ever used charges that
Great staff, awful policies. Only reports to Experian. Good luck working with any other bank. Real, real nit picky when it comes to loans. Your credit score means nothing to community state bank. Without 110% collateral they will not give you a loan, even with 20-30% down. Been a member for 7 years and realized there’s a brighter horizon.
