Great staff, awful policies. Only reports to Experian. Good luck working with any other bank. Real, real nit picky when it comes to loans. Your credit score means nothing to community state bank. Without 110% collateral they will not give you a loan, even with 20-30% down. Been a member for 7 years and realized there’s a brighter horizon.
All team members are wonderful persons
I love the friendly ladies that work at the drive through and whenever I have issues with a debit card(which is often), they are on it right away and they always get back to be in a very timely manner.
