Just took money out of your hem got a bunch of twenties went to the window looks change it for hundreds instead of freshly printed twenties that are sticking together lady refused me was very Rude to me did not even say hello welcome or anything terrible customer service were never bank there in if I had a choice
Banked here since 2004. Called in today to have a transaction looked up. They wanted a $25/half-hr fee to look the transaction because they had to put in a research request. Will be closing out my account next time in town.
The people here are so rude. I cannot believe how I was treated. Closed my account and will NEVER be back. Stay away unless you like being treated like a second rate citizen. VERY BAD!!!
Needed to have my younger brother's birthday checks cashed out, but due to his young age and the fact that we had different last names we were unable to do so. Lady was extremely rude to us and even though I understand she was doing her job she did not need to be so rude.. very frustrating experience
