FAR LESS THAN WELCOMING. I do occasional banking for my girlfriend during the day hours when she is at work. I seem to by the luck of the draw get a teller named Michelle about 90 percent of the time. Not sure if I did something to her in a previous life, but WOW the attitude. A simple request is like pulling teeth, then a smirk like "she won", if you know what I mean. Just an old school prude. Definitely needs a refresher in customer SERVICE.
The customer service was absolutely incredible! They really do take the "community" in their name seriously. I will 100% be coming back!
