Intake paperwork in general for kids medical appointments can make the initial process daunting but shout out to April and Heather for their help with scheduling and paperwork! They have been so kind throughout the intake process.
My son Seth sees one of their occupational therapist and she is great! She is extremely patient with him as they work on his goals. C-Stars has been so accommodating schedule wise and handles anything very professionally. They are also so friendly and it’s fun to catch up and chat while Seth is in his appointment.
My daughter was referred for speech at her 15 months appointment, and C-stars was quick to get her evaluated and started with therapy. She has been working with Miss Haley who brings so much joy and excitement (and music) to the sessions. My daughter literally runs to the door when we arrive because she is so excited. We were so happy that we were able to start intervention while she is so young rather than waiting until 2 or 3 like so many places. My son has been going to C-Stars for at least 8 years. It has been amazing to watch this business grow from one physical therapist (the owner) to many, many therapists and offering PT, OT, speech, vision therapy, and more! They have helped my son with cerebral palsy overcome tons of obstacles over the years and get him to where he is today.
