POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive been calling them for almost an hour and nobody help me!!!! I hate to say but its about time to switch a new bank. I’ve been ising this bank for over 8uears time to say goodbye 👋
Let me just say I will be switching banks! I’ve been with this bank for more than 10 years. A lady came in the bank the same time I did and the tellers were assisting us. The lady on the side of me was having issues with her and they agreed to replace hers and I was told I’d be charged $7 for mine to be replaced. I had previously came in 2 weeks ago when they said I should receive my new card. That’s been over 2 weeks and still no card.
