Excellent service
Employees at both locations are wonderful. They handle their business with courtesy and respect and if I have ever had an issue they have handled it properly and quickly. Thank you cscu for being professional and friendly.
POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive been calling them for almost an hour and nobody help me!!!! I hate to say but its about time to switch a new bank. I’ve been ising this bank for over 8uears time to say goodbye 👋
Let me just say I will be switching banks! I’ve been with this bank for more than 10 years. A lady came in the bank the same time I did and the tellers were assisting us. The lady on the side of me was having issues with her and they agreed to replace hers and I was told I’d be charged $7 for mine to be replaced. I had previously came in 2 weeks ago when they said I should receive my new card. That’s been over 2 weeks and still no card. I hope you all know you pissed me off for not being able to assist me with anything today... read more
