The staff and managers are very rude and bad service. I am a customer of over 5 years here and they are terrible here in the past few years. I always get the runaround whenever I need help. They charge me late fees on my credit card payment when I payed early on time and refused to remove the late fee. I now go to WALKER COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION in Huntsville where it is much better and proffesional.
