booked a trip to take my child trick or treating on the app. paid for the trip on the app. trip was accepted on the app. got a confirmation call to tell me what time the ride would arrive on halloween. no ride came. when i called to check i was told that i was not going to be getting a ride because i was not scheduled and there was no drivers.. weird since it was still within quicktrip operating hours and id received a confirmation call that i did in fact have a trip scheduled, have the screenshots to prove it. totally ruine... read more
My daughter went to the office to set up rides to work, the day of the ride she was told they don't pick up in our area. We live 2 1/2 miles away from the main office. We live in Selma, have a Selma Address, which is in Johnston County. MAKE IT MAKE SENCE
Excellent bus service to my medical appointments. My drivers are friendly and very professional.
