Good service of Aarti
Excellent service from Aarti at the Joyce street branch.
Always friendly and great service from Aarti @ Joyce Street location. This is where we go for our business banking and we are very happy with it !
Customer service should be better oriented. I felt uncomfortable with the first interaction I had with the customer service rep. I had to tell this person that I didn't appreciate the attitude when things were being explained to me. After that, the meeting went well and the rep was very helpful. However, it should not have been like this in the first place. I've been with this Credit Union for about ten years and this is the first time I've felt like this.
Nice knowledgeable staff we met and they answered all our questions. First time deal with them but will do continue buisness.
