After banking with these people for 6 years, I have seen their customer service go down the toilet. My girlfriend (customer for 7 years) recently applied for a small loan. Even though we have half the loan amount in the bank and the collateral was worth more than the amount she was looking for, she was turned down! Had a prior loan that was paid off early!
