I rented a vehicle over the weekend. On receiving my vehicle, the vehicle was not cleaned properly. I had to remove human urine from the back seat. “I was notified it was cleaner,” but it was yellow in color. As well it smelled of urine on the rear seat, (Third Row). DO NOT do business with these people, they will take your deposit and not give it back!!!! They LIE on the contracts and don't specify when you are to return the vehicle, they just let you know in person to return it on that day, no time given. Then they will take off over half of your deposit if you return it that day but a few hours later then the time you picked it up!!!
