Very disappointed, I had called to request a rental to pick up, talked to the girl at the front desk about putting the car on hold since I was on my way to get the car. The lady said absolutely nothing about making a deposit to hold the vehicle, even though I asked if there was anything that I needed to do to secure that rental. 10 minutes later I arrive at the place just to wait to be told the same car I had just called about was being checked out by someone else. I had a great experience thanks to Miss Bre. She was very polite and professional.
I rented a vehicle over the weekend. On receiving my vehicle, the vehicle was not cleaned properly. I had to remove human urine from the back seat. “I was notified it was cleaner,” but it was yellow in color. As well it smelled of urine on the rear seat, (Third Row). I found blunts in the vehicle. “ I was given the excuse that while cleaning they might miss a few blunts, (Drugs) my children could have gotten access too.” As well the dangers that could have posed to my children. DO NOT do business with these people, they will take your deposit and not give it back!!!! They LIE on the contracts and don't specify when you are to return the vehicle, they just let you know in person to return it on that day, no time given. Then they will take off over half of your deposit if you return it that day but a few hours later then the time you picked it up!!!
