This Credit Union has helped me out in building my financial needs in so many ways. It was a short process of opening a membership account and submitting a loan request. A great place to start off when you need financial assistance! It can be hard and not everyone understands when it comes to credit or refinancing your vehicle for a lower interest rate, and they are always available to go over every detail.
I would give it a rating of less than one star if I could. Poor management is the subject of my review. I've been banking with Community Promise for years, and every time I have to deal with Angie, I get a terrible customer experience. She is ineffective at customer service, lacks empathy, and brushes off consumer complaints because they aren't received well. President of Organization will do well to take some ethics training.
They are a very limited services financial org. and *everything* as in all accounts and account-types offered to you are based on your credit score. Literally, you have to be approved in order to give them your money!!! Their online services essentially are limited to making payments on loans issued by them. Limited or no third-party payees! No Debit Cards available! They are a tiny, tiny, picky little place located in the 'hood. Their *only* redeeming feature is that their loan interest rates are far lower than a paycheck-c... read more
