I haven't been a member in like 5 years but was just having a conversation with someone that reminded me of how terrible this credit union was. For starters, I signed up at the location that use to be by the New Castle airport. Walked in and asked to open an account and the lady who decided to help me looked me up and down and the first thing she says is "we require a credit score of 610 or higher to open an account." Do not bank with this credit union.!!! If I could go without giving a star I would. I came to open an account and deposit a VALID check ( which Mr.Bill verified in front of my face like I was a fraud) I’ve never been Racially profiled in my life. Not only the disrespectfully profile but to Yell and Throw my belongings is outrageous.! I waited 10 mins and returned a hours later waiting for Mr.Bill, to get insulted!
