The day of my appointment they canceled on me, don’t recommend very bad customer service. They give you a 24 hour notice to respond to their emails or they cancel services. You have to have referrals to work with this place from Dcf or wherever else, you have to sign forms and everything.
I had an intake appointment for my son on June 11, I was told during the intake that a therapist would be assigned to him the following week. Nearly a month later, and 2-3 follow-ups later (email and voicemail), he was not assigned a therapist. I have since then found another source during this time. Save your time and money and find a reputable, reliable organization.
They make you feel like you have hope and getting help they post things on Facebook and then it’s too good to be true. It’s a lie the case managers don’t help you with nothing everyone that works there never answers the phone. It’s pretty much like you’re begging and then once when I get to you, you have to find hundreds of papers that you’ve never used before and it’s a struggle just to get some help. It’s not worth it.
Im not any of these people leaving reviews. I have provided way to much information and my children’s information for me not to get assistance. If I continue to be in this situation EVERYONE at community partners will be in this situation. I will report to the state of Tallahassee, Better Business Bureau, Legal Aid, my personal attorney and more!
