I wrote to Safe Kids about needing a car seat for my son, who is 5 with autism. He frequently opens buckles and had destroyed his current car seat. I came to CPSF and the office building was very clean and modern. Kattia was so helpful and installed the car seat for me, but also had me practice, so I feel really confident installing it myself safely. I am so happy with my experience.
They were my only way to Happiness when you're not feeling good.
The day of my appointment they canceled on me, don’t recommend very bad customer service. They give you a 24 hour notice to respond to their emails or they cancel services. You have to have referrals to work with this place from Dcf or wherever else, you have to sign forms and everything.
