Hello ... My sister has been in home living. As of just a Year alot has change. The guardian appointed to my sister is very incompetent. Iris Rameriz is not a dependable guardian. Lack of organization. I'm the only sibling in the past I was never prohibited to visit her nor take her out .. So apparently they have new regulations. Dl insurance is required as well as a background check. I was told by this Iris Rameriz that they also had transportation if advised with in 8 days prior. It was ok? Left company around 2024. My overall experience with CO was a bit bland. Management was bad, pay was bad (had to take care of 3-4 clients for $10/hr) so it was a struggle. Not worth the pay at all. Manager expected you to work alot of hrs since we were always low staff (wonder why...) and whenever you refused, they might get a bit mad about it. Did 11 hrs each weekday and it still didn't seem worth it with how low the pay was and how much work you do. We were basically house keepers, maids, and had to keep everyth... read more

Don't recommend this company one bit. They've been reported to the state. They were negligent in keeping enough properly trained staff. My brother was left alone and fell had a seizure ended up in the emergency several times. He passed away a couple weeks ago and I think his life could've been prolonged if the house managers stopped covering up for the workers. In all the yr my brother has been there they allowed his teeth to rot to the point he couldn't chew anymore lost most teeth then started having trouble swallowing. I ... read more
