As an employee still currently with this company, I have to say a lot of the negative reviews are just not accurate. We have great clients and awesome staff, both on the front lines and behind the scenes. Not to say that this job isn’t challenging, it is behavioral health after all. But the good so out weighs the bad. Our employees receive bonuses, in house recognition, and you can choose what type of scheduling you prefer.
