I’ve been to Goshen and Elkhart occupational office. And Middlebury is by far the best! I strongly believe if there is any negative reviews of this place, it’s from drug users not passing a drug test and try to place them blame on this office. Went in for a full medical exam and felt welcome and made super comfortable. Part of the exam was a blood draw and I HATE needles.
