The people @ this bank are fantastic. However the "bill pay" provider (ipay) they have is horrible. Lost pymts. Data entry by their personnel is attempted once..if they misskey..they don't try again..then u suffer..the bill will not be processed & they delete the payee in your acct. U then lose all payment data in your acct. You get an email..hopefully b4 the bill is late .. bill pay gets a -5.
