They like to let credit transactions sit 4-6 days before fully posting. Then if you do a credit transaction and it over-drafts your acct but your dd pay hits the next day they will fully post it and hit you with an overdraft or 3 to make sure they get your hard earned money. This was the exact reason I left my last bank! The only thing different is this bank will go in and change dates of transactions... if you bank with them make sure to keep an eye on your acct! Great bank love the people who work their always cheerful and friendly.
I could not have asked for more professional and yet kind hearted assistance with any and all aspects of my banking. Stacy is a star! I was assured there were no "stupid" questions and I am sure I tested their patience. I came to them at a very vulnerable stage of my life and they could not have been more supportive.
I have fees that can’t be explained however i recognize the bank is expanding to support a growing community and even though some things have been onerous to say the least and things just continue to remain the same with the administration side of the banking.
