Had a problem with corsicana hranch. Red o a k waa the branch i chose to try and take care of it. Corsicana lets fraud happen. The president doesnt care about the customers just what he wants from his employees. The corsicana branch about the concerns or the rights of there customers. They just refuse to have you as a active customer and blame you. I had an issue with 1300 dollars from a pay pal theft in 2018 and 20 dollars from 2023 frauded by people a working as microsoft to get a connection to the bank and i 2as removed a... read more

If I could give extra stars I would. I came from Navy Federal to this bank and I'll never look back. I'm also a small business owner and my ease of banking unloaded a lot of stress. The staff treats you like family, it's always quick, and their app works great. Highly recommend this bank.
Stephanie is always very helpful with all my business transactions. I don't feel like a number like a large bank . 5stars... (even though the 5 )
I switched my small business checking account to Community Bank because there are no service fees. My former bank started charging $10 per month for a $3500 minimum. I checked the other legacy bank in Red Oak, and they required a personal checking account to have a small business checking account with no fees. The employees at Community Bank have been very friendly, it has a small town feel. VERY happy with the no fees checking account and the employees - glad they came to town!
