I was with another bank in Red Oak for 11 years, I don't think they knew my name or cared. Community National Bank & Trust has sent me 2 thank you's in the mail, every time I go in door I am welcomed in a friendly manner. Best Bank around
Had a problem with corsicana hranch. Red o a k waa the branch i chose to try and take care of it. Corsicana lets fraud happen. The president doesnt care about the customers just what he wants from his employees. The corsicana branch about the concerns or the rights of there customers. They just refuse to have you as a active customer and blame you. I had an issue with 1300 dollars from a pay pal theft in 2018 and 20 dollars from 2023 frauded by people a working as microsoft to get a connection to the bank and i 2as removed a... read more

If I could give extra stars I would. I came from Navy Federal to this bank and I'll never look back. I'm also a small business owner and my ease of banking unloaded a lot of stress. The staff treats you like family, it's always quick, and their app works great. Highly recommend this bank.
