My sister uses Community national bank & trust. I’ve been helping her with a few things, and I cannot tell you how great it is to be able to walk into a bank and get VIP customer service. These people are super friendly, and super helpful. In a day & age when my own bank is closing branches, and it’s hard to even find an ATM to get cash, I’m considering moving to Community national bank & trust - a bank that still knows how to do great customer service.
Great staff who makes you feel like a long time family friend. Even when I make a mistake on my loan payment they were quick to fix my mistakes and sent me on my way. Great staff with great personalities, who are very patient and accurate.
