I've never had any issues with my bank, until I dealt with Rachel. She is extremely hateful and unpleasant. We went in for a simple address change and that turned into her accusing my mother of trying to steal my money and hold me hostage because we shared an account. She also did not infact help us with the address change and shut off our cards a few days later because a signature was needed even though we were there in person to do that. I will most likely be switching banks because of her.
Fast friendly service no hassles even with my out of state Texas DL. Just about the fastest banking experience I’ve ever encountered
I will say the people at the big are really nice that they do go above and beyond for you. The biggest downside of this company is their online services and their apps. I feel like they need more options to help their customers during the odd hours. It looks there is not much hope for us when we need it when they are closed.
