I have had good dealings in general with the bank/personnel, but was recommended by a representative at the bank to use Zelle for transferring money, because it was more secure than Venmo. I would definitely NOT recommend using Zelle. It has been nothing but trouble and poor costumer service. Please don’t recommend/promote a financial service that you cannot provide knowledgeable technical support for.
