I called because I started getting charged ATM fees which I had researched that where part of their Falcon Network (surcharge free). They explained that the bank I'd been using had yes, recently left the network. When I complained that this meant there was NOT A SINGLE location in the entire southern half of the state to use an ATM, incredibly inconvenient for their customers, and were they working to improve this? Fantastic experience getting a mortgage! Penny was recommended by my realtor as a loan officer and I’m so glad I went with her! Getting a mortgage is invasive and exhausting regardless of the bank and can be long and drawn out but Penny made the process seamless. All my questions were answered promptly and if I missed a detail, I was notified immediately. A local bank is the way to go to purchase a house!

St. Onge is a horrible manager, my friend and his mom were having fraudulent activities on the account, she yelled at them to leave bc it was going on over a year, no help or resolution. She closed my savings account because I was scammed through this bank too..This is the main branch and should be investigated

I use the drive through if possible. But must wear a masks to enter the building during regular business hours.
