They refuse me a debt card, I get im at fault for lossesing it, however I spend 15 dollars every time I buy a new one. Before canceling out my card the teller didn't even warn me that I couldn't get a new one, she said nothing I had to bring it up to her I am furious.
I called because I started getting charged ATM fees which I had researched that where part of their Falcon Network (surcharge free). They explained that the bank I'd been using had yes, recently left the network. When I complained that this meant there was NOT A SINGLE location in the entire southern half of the state to use an ATM, incredibly inconvenient for their customers, and were they working to improve this? Great local bank with a great staff.
Fantastic experience getting a mortgage! Penny was recommended by my realtor as a loan officer and I’m so glad I went with her! Getting a mortgage is invasive and exhausting regardless of the bank and can be long and drawn out but Penny made the process seamless. All my questions were answered promptly and if I missed a detail, I was notified immediately. A local bank is the way to go to purchase a house!
They worked with me on my CBD business when NOBODY else would. Newport VT branch... wonderful!
