My account went in the negative for the 1st time since 2018. They had charged me 50$ in overdraft fees and only was willing to credit 17.50. It happened a 2nd time and was told if my account was in good standing by end of the day I wouldn't be charged. They still managed to rob me of $70 and be the rudest bank I've ever spoken with about it! Horrible bank!
