We used lobby services for our visit today to add an owner to an existing account. We were promptly seen. The process was easy and efficient, taking no more than 20 minutes with the proper identification and the presence of the existing owners on the account, plus the new owner being added. Very nice customer service.
This bank has convenience, knowledge of toe of accounts and the staff is amazing.
