Terrible management at the top; trying to penalize us for a building we bought 5 years ago when rates were low. When Vision Bank was sold to CNB all the good people left. Under Vision Bank we were able to buy the old Toys R Us building in Olathe which really helped our business grow. Since CNB took over, they've done absolutely nothing to assist us, and we've never missed a loan payment in 7 years. Horrible bank, AVOID.
I have never had a bad experience at this bank. The employee's are friendly.
We just moved to Basehor, KS and needed to open accounts. We were having a difficult time finding a credit union and finally gave in and stopped into CNB on Pinehurst Dr. it was the most pleasant experience we ever had with a credit union or bank. Laura Calovich was professional, hospitable, patient, and funny as all get out. She was a great representation of how amazing this institution is. If you’re ever in the area, stop by and say hi…her smile will make your day.
