Updating this to add a 5th star and add more positive comments after having received both a refund and damage payment within a little over a week of the completed move. The move went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company! Customer service was excellent and despite a bit of damage to a sofa the crew was very good too. Customer service was excellent and despite a bit of damage to a sofa the crew was very good too. Michael in sales and Teresa who coordinated the move were very responsive. Thx very much to both. Look forward to my damage claim being handled w the same efficiency. Found the company to be very reputable despite being in an industry that has many problems.

Community Moving & Storage was our agent for an interstate move last summer. The experience with the local estimator and move coordinator started well, but this soon when off course when packing day came: the lead packer who came to our home was argumentative, mislabeled box contents, brought many used, dirty boxes when we paid for new...but the crowning glory was when she packed our toilet brush in the same box with our dish drainer. We highly recommend Community Moving & Storage. Andre, Travis, Marquis & Thomas were very efficient at delivering our boxes and furniture in a timely manner and demonstrated excellent team work to get everything into our new home. They put all of our furniture back together and were very organized at keeping track of all of our belongings . We highly recommend Community Moving & Storage for your moving adventure experience.
