Becky and her team are truly exceptional. My introduction to Becky came after a horrendous experience with US Bank while trying to secure a home loan. The entire process was a nightmare, with the bank repeatedly requesting absurd items and changing the closing date three times due to incompetence among their employees. We were recommended this brokerage firm by some friends who were helped in buying their first home. I believe they had worked with Becky, but as she wasn’t available when we made contact, we began working with Dalton. My fiancé was actively communicating with him by phone and email regarding a refinance, when Dalton stopped returning calls. Unprofessional.
