I called in to Community Mediation Clark County about workplace mediation I wanted help with and was put in touch with JHABARI JACOBS who is their intake coordinator. I attempted to inform him about a workplace dispute I wanted mediated. I attempted to explain the situation and was cut off at the beginning every comment. He was very arrogant and not even willing to talk to me. He told me they were busy with rent disputes and his firm wasn't interested in workplace dispute… See more

I think if we could take our own bias off the table, and realize our agenda may be harmful to a successful agreement on issues we would all be better off, and healing could take place. I love what this organization does and look forward to more interaction here.
