I have a disability. I requested a Zoom session as a reasonable accommodation. At first, the staff ignored my messages. Then they denied my request and described it as a mere "preference." I asked for mediation through Lena Love Singleton and she never completed my appointment. I sent emails and called, no one returned my emails nor phone calls. Needless to say, I resolved what ever issues i had with my landlord without their help.... and to think their information is on a court document to help ppl, well it didn't help me unfortunately.
