I have a disability. I requested a Zoom session as a reasonable accommodation. At first, the staff ignored my messages. Then they denied my request and described it as a mere "preference." I continued to advocate for myself, and they denied service. They falsely accused me of weaponizing the Americans with Disabilities Act and threatening them with claims of violations. I did not threaten them. I was very disappointed in their poor communication and lack of empathy.

I asked for mediation through Lena Love Singleton and she never completed my appointment. I sent emails and called, no one returned my emails nor phone calls. Needless to say, I resolved what ever issues i had with my landlord without their help.... and to think their information is on a court document to help ppl, well it didn't help me unfortunately.

I did a intake with Mrs.Jerri Thomas and she was so pleasant and helpful and was not rude at any time.She listened to my situation and was able to help me.I really appreciated the help and I just wanted to say Thank you so much Mrs.Thomas we need more workers like you.
