I had a great experience at community Lending of America, I worked with Ann Richardson, she was very professional, knowledgable, and always available to answer any questions I had. With her help and dedication I was able to purchase the house of my dreams.

Worst experience of my life!!! STAY AWAY!!! Can't meet a deadline to save their life and lead people on needlessly. Will never recommend to anyone. In fact, my realtor black listed this company!!! Beware!!!! Ryan was the worst! I wasn’t your customer. I was the person trying to sell the home that you all couldn’t get financing figured out so I kept getting screwed. Not to mention the fact that your client kept getting screwed too. No way in the world would I ever recommend your bank or service to anyone!
Ann and the team was great! She worked very hard to ensure we understood what we was getting into and anytime we found our “next house” she was quick to fire back the numbers even after hours!!!
