This place is a complete joke ! I have been calling , leaving message , and no one calls me back . I spoke with someone from the customer service she transferred me and I was on the phone for ONE HOUR AND 15 minutes . The recording kept saying I was the next in line and never was I able to speak with one. This is the problem with goverment agencies . They don’t have what it takes to work with the public . Unprofessional and alot of the people they hire are rude and hang up on you. Not sure where they employ their staff or give them instruction to be disrespectful unprofessional. Someone named Alex randomly called me and asked if I called looking for assistance and I called many places looking for assistance. He did not want to identify the company and who he’s looking for which is me because of policy and that’s not true. Very demonic. And hangs up before I can verify the number. I literally couldn't even apply for assistance over the phone because the lawyer I was forced to speak to had a shitty attitude and refused to continue my application simply because I asked 1 question he didn't like. I called back again and guess who answered and hung up on me after he asked me "if I felt better yet" and continued talking down to me like a child.

I can’t say anything because they never answer, but now I will. I have called this place more than once for an issue I have with housing . If it was for me they should be close down . All the people that work here are useless . I have no idea why are they getting paid. They don’t answer questions. Their office is closed. They are very disrespectful over the phone .
