While this is a free service, the level of service is still disappointing—especially for time-sensitive cases. I was told to stay near my phone for a callback, then didn’t hear anything for four days. When the call finally came, it led nowhere. I was simply passed along with the familiar “we don’t know, someone else might,” resulting in an endless loop of unhelpful referrals and no real answers.
I have used these people for ODSP and I've also used it for landlord and town board they're very professional very helpful very polite and efficient I would recommend them to anybody!
