I need help and Everytime I call the # it hangs up!! I tried to download the application for assistance on the public library PC but due to restrictions it won't download and send properly. I think I left a message but no reply.

Make you feel like you're wasting time trying to go to court with your case. Way to help the community.
Save your breath. They do not help you with lawyer stuff. They do not help you with legal advice. And if you have a case with DCF or food stamps don't even go to them cuz I'm pretty sure they're on the salary for DCF cuz God forbid you telling the whole story you are in tears crying over the phone and their website. Even backs you up with what you're saying they deny helping you. It must be nice for DCf. That that have all these people in there back pocket.
