It appears they are not very knowledgeable, Legal Aid of Northern California is the worst entity! I am getting the run-around constantly from them. This has been ongoing since July. “You need to fill out this form, and send it here.” “They have 45 days to respond, that's not so!” I paid, to send that form in. Today, it's called this number…Call that number, no call this group. The receiver will say, We don't handle that here. You’ll have to call this place or call 211! The same BS!
