Even though buried up to their eyeballs with work they still take the time to ensure they respond and help as much as they can. THAT WAS THEN, this is now....huge letdown! Say one thing, then completely ignore calls, emails and in person visits. Really need to say what they mean rather than lie repeatedly to you and waste your time while you wait for a call back. Definitely need to follow through with a formal complaint. Truly sad that an outfit that deals with people in trauma has the audacity to further knock a victim down... read more
