Melissa was awesome, professional and reasonably priced. She handled everything from the real estate contract, negotiations for something outside the norm on a FSBO sale. She also finalized the closing process including all title work. The closing was set up through a mobile notary which was much appreciated during the Pandemic we are currently experiencing. She did what she said she was going to do from the beginning and I appreciate her dedication. I highly recommend her for your Real Estate and Title needs.
