Dealing with Rishi was honestly a waste of time. If confirming a basic appointment is too much for him to handle, I can't imagine trusting him with anything as serious as immigration paperwork. I had to chase him down just to get a response—completely unprofessional. The customer service was just as bad. Zero accountability, no respect for my time, and the attitude made it feel like he was doing me a favor by replying at all.
