idk some of these reviews are false I seen a real review that showed pictures of mold, and other things but now its missing.
Great place to work
Not happy so far. I was shown a 1 bedroom initially, which the property management then changed into a 2 bedroom because there was a door. This same apartment whichwas just rented as a 1 bedroom previous to me. The apt would be nice if the bathroom were bigger and the stovetop worked without the smoke alarm coming on, and if the actual stove itself worked period. Greasy, uncleaned cabinets and numerous other issues..I am upset to say the least. And will be contacting them Monday morning.
I'm a tenant of EBALD/OPLP and all of the management is poor and unprofessional. My unit and neighboring units are full and infested with mold and pest. The management ignores and takes extremely long to come fix and address the problems. More I learn about the buildings I hear they have been known to have a huge mold history.
