I have been asking this company to replace our carpet which was used when we moved in back in 2020 they refuse to do so . The latest incident happened on Saturday 6-21-25 our Ac unit went out during a heat advisory & no one has reached out to us at all & its currently Monday morning . I have been applying since September. ********* is disrespectful and rude. She said they denied my application for one thing but then switched it once I verified that she lied. They are not a source to go to when needing help. False advertisement. Everything. Save yourself the money and do not apply

Landlord ****** B is not a woman of her word. SHE GOT MY MONEY THAN SAID SHE WASN'T GO RENEW MY ****** I MOVED OUT THE 2ND I CAME BACK TO CLEAN UP. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS CHARGING ME RENT UNTIL I RETURN MY KEYS .IT NOT STATED IN THE ****** I APPLIED FOR RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND SHE DID NOT SEND MY PAPERS IN SO I WAS DENIED. I WISH SHE WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY NEED A BETTER MANAGER .
False advertising of low income housing. Charges regular rent pricing and doesn't update apartments
I believe these people are scam artists and identity thieves. They have you sending all in this personal information such as social security number, all the kids birth certificates and etc just for them to NEVER get back to you. I put in an application nearly 2 months ago and can never get an update on my status. It's always "We're behind" or "call back the next day, and the next day, and the next day".
