This agency does not deserve a review. They are rude and disrespectful, especially Pam. She never gets back to you, will not return phone calls or emails. She is not professional, it's her way or no way. She will not listen to your side of the story. This is suppose to be an agency that helps, Pam is no help. She just wants you out.
So I thought the whole idea was to help people with lower rent? I visited Lupe at a open house in Villa Park and she didn't really have many answers for me. I am a 61 year old man and my only income is through delivery apps I make a minimum of $1600 a month and right now I'm paying $1150 in rent. Looking into lower rent with Chadhousing it seems that for $750 rent, I need to make more money. $400 a month savings would be really helpful but that's a no-go for them.
