4th time here and every time I was greeted with a smile , the lab is always friendly and accommodating. In and out in no time. Highly recommend this place.
Came in for a drug screen, The staff was really nice and got me in and out quickly. Awesome job!
We had an appointment at the Wound Care office. Many of the reviews here seem to be for the drug testing / employment physical office in the same building. Our experience at the wound care office was exceptional. We were promptly seen, the nurses and nurse practitioner spent plenty of time examining and explaining and treating. We left with a solid treatment plan and are grateful to have this medical resource available in our community.
What is the point of having a 1 pm appointment if you are not going to call the patient back until after 2 pm then walk into the room for 2 minutes and leaving for another 20 minutes? A non CDL DOT Physical should not have to be a 2 hour or more appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable i will never use this place again for any of my drivers. Also if you call you are told that they don’t know what you want them to say!
Staff needs to better job explaining what's covered and what's actually not. I should NOT have to wake up and see a statement for an at home sleep study when I was told it was fully covered. Ridiculous, never going here again
